Commentary

When resolving the ability of Crop Circles, "any number" can be treated as zero.

Based on the ruling for Dysania, if you play Crop Circles and the purge of an archived card is replaced by that card returning to its owner's hand due to a lasting effect from a card like Sample Collection, the card that was returned to its owner's hand was not purged "this way".
