Commentary
If an ability states an effect is applied to "each creature", the effect is resolved for both Friendly and Enemy creatures.

When a creature deals damage to its neighbor as a result of the resolution of Infighting's Play: ability, it is not "during a fight", so the Poison keyword will not resolve.
