Overview
House Unfathomable is the name given to the Aquan society that dwells in the deep oceans of The Local Group. The members of house Unfathomable are xenophobic zealots dedicated to the resurrection of ancient sea dwelling monsters, that they hope will destroy all surface races.
Membership
House Unfathomables membership is almost exclusively Aquans and the aquatic creatures that serve as their pets, livestock, beasts of burden, and war machines. The house has, so far, never had any sentient members that were not of the Aquan species.
Leadership
Unfathomable has no currently known leader.
Uses for Æmber
Most æmber collected by Unfathomable goes towards releasing their sea dwelling gods from their ancient prisons. Unfathomable also uses æmber to manipulate the tides in order to facilitate invading areas that would otherwise be inaccessible to water based lifeforms.
Relationship with Archons
While the Unfathomable do work with Archons it is unknown what sorts of deals must be made in order to convince the otherwise zealously isolationist Aquans to cooperate with others for a common goal.
Goals
The members of Unfathomable serve dark and mysterious masters, many of whom have been sealed away for the safety of the inhabitants of The Crucible. Unfathomable seeks to gather æmber in order to break these ancient seals, and release their unknowable masters upon an unprepared world.
