Commentary
The Play: ability of Æmber-vac resolves and raises the tide for the player who plays Æmber-vac. The second ability is applied to the creature to which Æmber-vac is attached, and that creature will capture 2 Æmber from its controller's opponent at the start of the turn, if the tide is high.
